It distinguishes between self-signing and sending for signature, ensuring you can choose the right method for your needs. This tool offers capabilities such as adding signatures, initials, and other essential fields to your documents. With its intuitive interface, you can easily navigate the process of document signing without any technical jargon or complex terms.

How Does This Feature Improve Document Workflows?

The signature tool significantly enhances document workflows by reducing the time spent on document processing. It eliminates the need for printing and scanning, allowing you to work more efficiently. This feature supports remote work flexibility, enabling you to sign documents from anywhere, which is particularly beneficial for small and medium-sized businesses.

Three Ways to Create a Signature

You can create a signature using three different methods: drawing, typing, or uploading an image. Each method has its own advantages. Adding Initials to Your Document

When adding initials to your document, you can use methods such as drawing, typing, or uploading an image. Each method allows for customization in placement and resizing. Initials are often used in contracts and agreements to signify acceptance or acknowledgment, making them an essential part of document signing.

Customizing Your Signature Appearance

Customization options for your signature include selecting different colors and line thicknesses. You can also resize and reposition your signature to fit the document layout. The appearance of your signature is important as it reflects your personal or business identity, ensuring that it is both professional and recognizable.

Saving and Reusing Signatures

To save your signatures, follow the steps in the signature tool to store them in your account. You can also set a default signature for quick access in future documents. Reusing signatures saves time and ensures consistency across your signed documents, making it a valuable feature for busy professionals.

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.
